Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park Development Co. Ltd. (SSCIP Co.) Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park Development Co. Ltd. (SSCIP), a joint venture between Sichuan and Singapore consortiums, was incorporated in Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone in June 2012. This joint venture company is owned by Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Group Co. Ltd. (wholly owned by Chengdu High-Tech Zone Management Committee), and Singapore-Sichuan Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. The latter is a 50-50 joint venture owned by two Singapore companies – Sembcorp Development and CapitaLand.

Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group (CDHTI), wholly owned by CDHT Administrative Committee, undertakes the overall development of CDHT. CDHTI has 20 years’ successful experience in urban developments, industry investment, assets management, technology finance, and industrial park operation.
