COMMUNITY HUBS

Design Features: A city is an ecosystem, and all the elements are connected to each other. The purpose of the design is to change the traditional isolated and closed-end neighborhood center and to return the neighborhood center to the public. The building will become a part of the urban space, and create a new urban space while connecting others.

Design Features: Consider the community complex, kindergarten, primary school, green space, and church as a whole. Extend the park to the architecture to form a community complex in the garden. Create a place to boost vitality and community happiness, a platform for community exchange and neighborhood care.

Design Features: Community Center No. 3 is a southward extension of the park to its north. It is a natural building which grows step by step, surrounded by trees and green plants. The park and the river nearby give the school a panoramic view. The core of the project’s transportation is a continuous ramp. The ramp connects the functions of the building naturally and becomes an outdoor landscape. a continuous landscape ramp, an overhead viewing platform, a floating vertical greening, and a quiet roof garden creates a 4-level three-dimensional park-like architectural experience.

Design Features: The building is a multi-life community vitality platform, with renewable resources recovery station, sanitation rest station, community bus stop, supermarket, public toilet, community pension service, community health service center, community rooms, cultural activities center, comprehensive gymnasium, post office, underground parking, etc. The Design Scheme continues the overall urban planning, echoes the community green space, and constructs the community vitality center through the construction of urban public nodes, large space, gray space, and the interpenetration and blending of multiple flexible spaces.

Design Features: they are a community hub and a kindergarten in the garden. Through the integrated design of parks, sports fields, community hub and kindergarten, the landscape and architecture are perfectly integrated. With community park as the green core, design multiple green corridors to create a green and flexible space with porosity, while taking into account the dynamic and static division, promoting community integration and strengthening community identity. Blur the boundary of the land, so that multiple pieces of land can be integrated into one, and the urban green space can be easily accessed in all directions.
