The SSCIP investment team once again participated in the 2nd Singapore-Nanjing International AI Forum on Smart Cities

On May 10th, 2019, the 2nd Singapore-Nanjing International AI Forum on Smart Cities was held in Singapore Nanjing Eco High-tech Island with the theme of “Empower a Smarter Living- to Establish a Smart City Demonstration Zone”. Yang Xuepeng, executive deputy mayor of Nanjing Municipal People's Government and Dr Koh Poh Koon, Senior Minister of Singapore, Ministry of Trade & Industry delivered a speech at the forum. Nearly 200 people from China and Singapore, including artificial intelligence experts, government officials and entrepreneurs, participated in the forum and shared ideas on artificial intelligence and smart cities.

At the meeting, ACE (Action Community for entrepreneurship) Nanjing International Centre was officially unveiled. The project is located in the Singapore Nanjing Eco High-tech Island AI Industrial Park - Jiangdao Intelligent Cube. In the future, it will establish a relationship between Nanjing and Singapore and East Asia technology entrepreneurship network, strengthen foreign international publicity and cooperate with East Asia for entrepreneurial innovation cooperation projects to help Singapore and foreign hi-tech start-ups understand Nanjing, settle in Nanjing, and continue to develop in Nanjing. The investment team of SSCIP visited the ACE Nanjing International Centre and conducted in-depth exchanges with the operators to bring the successful experience to the follow-up operation of the Singapore Innovation Center project.
