CDHTI Assets Management and OPPO Acquired Industry Land Plots in SSCIP

On 3 June 2015, the Chengdu Bureau of Land and Resources sold 4 land plots through public listing, including two in Singapore-Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park (SSCIP). The latter two plots were acquired by CDHTI Assets Management Co., Ltd.（成都高投资产经营管理有限公司） and Chengdu OPPO Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (成都欧珀通信科技有限公司), marking their success entry in SSCIP.

CDHTI Assets Management Co., Ltd. (CDHTI Assets Management): Building a new-generation IT Incubation Park in SSCIP

CDHTI Assets Management is a subsidiary of CDHT Investment Group. The group is a wholly-owned corporation subordinated to CDHT Management Committee and responsible for the overall development of South Park and West Park of CDHT. CDHTI Assets Management plans to develop a world leading new-generation IT Incubation Park in the cluster 2 of SSCIP, with a total investment of about RMB 3.85 billion and a building area of about 480,000 m2.

• Chengdu OPPO Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (OPPO): Setting up Its Second Operation Base in SSCIP

OPPO, a Chinese well-known mobile phone manufacturer, plans to build its second operation base in SSCIP with an investment of no less than RMB 1.2 billion. The base will cover assembly of smart mobile devices, software R&D, internet applications development and sales. OPPO’s entry in Chengdu will strengthen the IT industrial chain and create a more diversified market environment.
