Beijing TRS Invested in Singapore-Sichuan High-Tech Innovation Park

On the afternoon of February 29 2016, a leader in big data technology and service provider in China-Beijing TRS Information Technology Co., Ltd. (TRS) won the bid for an industry plot in the park, marking its successful entry in SSCIP. TRS plans to build its western headquarters, a big data technology R&D center and an operation service base in SSCIP, including TRS (Chengdu) operation headquarters, a big data technology R&D center, a big data service operation & maintenance and call center, an exhibition center for big data technology and application as well as a training center. The TRS headquarter will take advantage of Chengdu’s preferable industrial policies and abundant talent resources to drive the implementation of its development strategy, enhance its capacity in sustainable innovation, and improve the company’s core competitiveness.

Location: The project is located at Cluster 1 of SSCIP which focuses on the new-generation information technology. Currently, the construction of road networks, public amenities, residential project and industrial projects in this cluster are all on the track.

Regional transportation: Cluster 1 of SSCIP is located on the east of Tianfu Avenue, the south-north traffic artery of Chengdu, and on the west of the urban expressway - Hongxing Road South Extension. Two railway stations - Sihe and Guangdu of metro line 1 links the park. The Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) passing through Hongxing Road South Extension provides bus stops at 1km apart, further enhances accessibility into and within the park.

Public Amenities: The plot is near Xinchuan Heartbeat Central Park with favorable landscape and public facilities. Currently, the construction of Tianfu New Area Cultural Center within the region has already been commenced and is expected to be completed by February 2018. It will be the venue for international and large-scale cultural performances in SSCIP. In addition to that, a community hub integrating international ideas is another highlight. Introducing the successful experience of Singapore, it will develop new concepts and applications, such as the Internet+ community services, including provisions for the aged, medical care and nursery to improve the quality of public services and to set an example for the latest generation of innovative communities. The region is equipped with a 15,000 square meter street garden. And the garden greening for the residents is just only 400 meters away.
