Chengdu High-Tech Zone and Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park (SSCIP) held an “Investment Cooperation Agreement” signing ceremony with five reputable partners—Singapore Hong Leong Group, Beijing TRS Information Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Good Doctor Pharmaceutical Group, Nanjing Sample Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Aipu Network Co., Ltd, with a total investment of over 3.73 billion RMB. It was the second batch of key projects confirmed in SSCIP this year. This implied that as early as July, over 10 billion RMB has been poured into SSCIP.

““HQ” and “R&D center” are SSCIP’s catchphrases for the mega projects this year, “ said Mr. Yuan Zongyong, Deputy Director of CDHT Management Committee. “Four of the five new partners have their HQ here. Furthermore, they’ve also set up their R&D centers or begun projects in SSCIP. It goes to show Chengdu has what it takes to attract huge investments, and is definitely a driving force in the innovation arena.”

Furthermore, it plans to invest 1 billion RMB in a massive complex, integrating a service apartment, a residential compound and a shopping mall (total build-up area of over 140,000m2). Mr. Wang said, “We desire to create a commercial service concept that’s modern and international; and at the same time, merges with the needs of the Chengdu market. Interweaving industry and city development together for a vibrant environment suitable for work and living.”
High-end Medical Industrial Chain: Sichuan Good Doctor Pharmaceutical Group
